Terms of Service

1.1. GetBonus is a platform where users complete tasks (CPA offers) and receive a reward in the form of bonus currency (Telegram Stars).

1.2. The Service is available through Telegram and requires no separate registration - authorisation is performed via your Telegram ID.

2.1. By using the Service you confirm that you:

• have full legal capacity;
• agree to the terms of this Agreement and of the Privacy Policy;
• are not in breach of the legislation of the Russian Federation or of international rules.

2.2. If you do not agree with the terms, you must stop using the Service.

3.1. The User may complete partner tasks and receive a reward.

3.2. The reward is credited once the partner system confirms that the task has been completed.

3.3. The Service's internal currency - Telegram Stars - is used for internal accounting and may be withdrawn subject to the applicable conditions.

The User undertakes to:

• not use multi-accounts, bots or workarounds against the system;
• provide accurate information when completing tasks;
• refrain from any action that disrupts the operation of the Service;
• observe the restrictions set by partners for their tasks (age, region, participation terms).

5.1. A reward is credited only when the partner confirms that the task has been completed.

5.2. The Service is not liable for delays in, or refusal of, task confirmation by the advertiser.

5.3. Bonus payouts may be restricted in the event of a breach of the terms, attempted deception, use of duplicate accounts, fraud and similar conduct.

6.1. The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6.2. We are not liable for failures caused by Telegram, third-party offers, technical faults or the actions of users.

The Service reserves the right to:

• temporarily restrict functionality or suspend an account where a breach is suspected;
• permanently delete a user's data where fraud or a breach of the terms has been confirmed.

The Service may amend the terms of this Agreement at any time.

This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable law of the Russian Federation.
