Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs how the personal data of users (the "User") collected through the use of the GetBonus service (the "Service", "we", "our"), available via a Telegram bot, is processed and protected.

We comply with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" and other regulations governing data protection.

By using our Service, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Policy and the laws of the Russian Federation.

We may collect the following categories of data:

• Data required at authorisation and first login: Telegram ID, username (nickname), profile photo (where available).

• Technical data: IP address, device type, model, OS language, date and time of login.

• Data on user activity: information about completed tasks, bonus balance, interaction with partner offers.

• Any other data you voluntarily provide while using the Service.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• first login and user authentication;

• crediting bonuses for completed tasks;

• providing feedback, including technical support;

• offering the user personalised tasks and offers;

• meeting contractual obligations towards partners (CPA, offers);

• analytics and improving the service;

• compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Data is processed on the following grounds:

• the user's voluntary consent;

• the need to perform the terms of service;

• compliance with statutory requirements.

We may share personal data with third parties only in the following cases:

• to state authorities upon a lawful request;

• to affiliate networks (CPA networks, advertisers) - in anonymised form, including passing the click_id to confirm task completion;

• to organisations providing hosting, analytics and technical support services - subject to confidentiality obligations.

Personal data is processed and stored within the territory of the Russian Federation.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing, or until consent is withdrawn.

We apply the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Under the legislation of the Russian Federation you have the right to:

• receive information about the processing of your personal data;

• request the rectification, blocking or erasure of your data;

• withdraw your consent to data processing;

• file a complaint with Roskomnadzor if your rights are infringed.
